A resolution authorizing payment of the Award of Special Commissioners into the registry of the County Court at Law pursuant to condemnation case styled The State of Texas and The City of Arlington v. Latt Properties, Inc., Cause No. 2026-006191-1, relative to the acquisition of an 852 square foot fee acquisition, being a portion of the Solomon Davis Survey, Abstract Number 425, City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, otherwise known as 801 East Division Street, Arlington, Texas.
