Campaign finance late-filing complaint and public list requirements
Amends Section 18-104 to require the City Secretary to file sworn complaints with the Texas Ethics Commission within five business days of a missed filing, post a list of late filers within 24 hours, and verify records before filing or publishing, as amended by Council Member Ramirez.
