Palantir filed its Form 10-Q with the SEC on November 3, 2026. Revenue for the quarter ended September 30 was $2.3 billion, against $1.2 billion in the same quarter of 2025. Nine-month revenue was $5.9 billion. Net income attributable to common stockholders was $1.1 billion for the quarter. Diluted earnings per share were $0.44.
The filing records a compute commitment. In March 2026, Palantir amended a third-party cloud services agreement. It now commits to spend at least $5.6 billion over ten contract years through February 29, 2036. Annual minimums run from $268 million to $979 million. Earlier payment obligations under that agreement were terminated when the amendment was signed. The filing does not name the provider.
Remaining performance obligations stood at $4.9 billion. Palantir expects about 44% to be recognized over the next 12 months and 37% over the following 13 to 36 months. The filing says many customers can terminate for convenience on less than twelve months' notice. No customer exceeded 10% of revenue in any period covered. One customer, labeled Customer I, held 27% of accounts receivable.
Cash and cash equivalents were $3.6 billion. Marketable securities were $6.9 billion. The $500 million credit facility had no outstanding balance.
On litigation, the Cupat securities class action was dismissed with prejudice on April 4, 2025. The Tenth Circuit heard oral argument on March 16, 2026. Palantir says it knows of no pending matter expected to have a material adverse effect.
The math is in the filing.
