Shifts enforcement authority in multiple City Code chapters to Code Enforcement

Amends Title 5 to add Code Enforcement Director or Department as enforcing officials for public swimming pool licenses, tattoo and body art registration, and convenience store regulation. Penalties remain as provided in those sections.
