Data center rules amended in Unified Development Code, three options considered

Amends UDC Chapter 35 on data centers. Option A would allow data centers by right in high-intensity commercial and industrial zones that meet setback, landscaping and fencing standards; Option B would require a Specific Use Authorization 'S' for all data centers. The Zoning Commission recommended a combination of options.
