Authorizes seven contracts for telecommunication, broadband, and cellular products and services supporting computer-aided dispatch, wireless metering, remote system access, and other uses, with one initial year and four one-year extension options. $12,410,000 is available in department operating budgets; later-year funding depends on future budgets.
