Executive session on economic development, real property, labor and litigation topics
The council may retire to a closed session in Room C under Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.072 to consult with the City Attorney. Stated topics are economic development negotiations, real property purchase, exchange, lease or value, collective bargaining, litigation, and emergency preparation legal matters.
