Supplemental Agreement No. 1 raises the cooperative purchasing agreement with Freeit Data Solutions, Inc. from $47,190,426.23 to $47,821,392.54 for interface removal, new interfaces, data migration, and maintenance for the Computer Aided Dispatching and Records Management System.
