Removes use restriction and reverter on land conveyed to DISD
Amends Resolution No. 26-1049 for the conveyance of about 19,947 square feet near Dennison Street and North Hampton Road to Dallas Independent School District. The amendment removes the restriction limiting use to the Dr. Elba and Domingo Garcia West Dallas STEM School and removes the right of reverter. (Placed on the consent agenda.)
