Ingram Library Services contract for library materials, $24.5 million

Approves a contract with Ingram Library Services LLC to supply print materials in English, Spanish and other languages, plus cataloging, processing, ordering and billing services for the San Antonio Public Library. The term runs from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2031, with an estimated $3,500,000 per year and $24,500,000 total, funded from the Library General Fund. (Placed on the consent agenda.)
