Richland Hills Drive mixed-use zoning major site plan amendment

Amends the principal site plan for a 10.058-acre tract on Richland Hills Drive to increase business park area to about 8.488 acres for a storage and distribution center, reserving about 1.570 acres for residential use, with potential for about 78 units. Staff and the Zoning Commission recommend approval.
