Approves a contract with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. for mastic surface sealer for Public Works, through September 30, 2029, with two one-year renewal options. Estimated $1.3 million per year; $1 million from the General Fund IMP and $300,000 from the Street Maintenance Program. (Placed on the consent agenda.)
