Southeast Community Plan amendment reclassifying many parcels to Estate Residential

City-initiated amendment to the Port San Antonio Regional Center Area Plan changing future land use on about 61 acres. Parcels along SW 36th Street move from Flexible Employment/Mixed Use to Light Industrial, and parcels in NCB 8084 along SW 35th Street and El Jardin Road move from Neighborhood Mixed-Use to Urban Low-Density Residential. Staff and the Planning Commission recommend approval.
