Rules on public utility communications with City officials and employees

Adopts an ordinance repealing Ordinances 6009 and 9759 and adding Sections 15.04.210 and 15.04.220 regulating communications by public utilities, their affiliates, and representatives with City officials and employees, and notice and presentation of information to the City. The penalty is per Section 1.08.010.
