Midtown TIRZ funding agreements with three nonprofit organizations

Authorizes financing agreements of up to $10 million each for the San Antonio Botanical Garden Society, the Brackenridge Park Conservancy and the San Antonio Zoological Society, contingent on each providing matching funds. The Midtown TIRZ term would be extended to 2060.
