Blanco Road area rezoning to RM-4 and IDZ-2 districts

Rezones roughly 16 parcel groups between Fresno Street and West Hildebrand Avenue, about 300 feet either side of Blanco Road, from R-4, MF-33, C-1, C-2, O-1, O-2, C-3, I-1 and related districts to RM-4, IDZ-2 and C-2NA variants with several conditional and specific uses. Staff and Zoning Commission recommend approval, pending the plan amendment.
