9-1-1 system upgrade supplemental agreement, $10,351,125
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 increases the AT&T cooperative purchasing agreement from $9,960,327.12 to $20,311,452.12 for hardware, software, and managed services to upgrade the City's 9-1-1 system, and extends the term to August 10, 2031.
