Approves public approval under IRC Section 147(f) for the Las Varas Public Facility Corporation to issue up to $70,000,000 in Silo Apartments multifamily revenue notes. The notes fund a 404-unit affordable housing project at 7623 SW Loop 410 in District 6, with rents restricted for 40 years.
