Authorizes a fifth amendment to the 2018 TIF/Chapter 380 Agreement with WCWRD Inc, requiring a no-cost seven-year lease of at least 5,000 square feet to the Dallas Police Department for a resource center or storefront at the Shops at RedBird. (Placed on the consent agenda.)
