MS. COLEY'S KITCHEN

How this kitchen works

  1. Today's menu. Every day six new plates go up: breakfast, lunch, dinner, a side, a dessert and a snack. Swipe across, tap one, and check off the goods as you gather them.
  2. The Daily Log. One entry a day from whoever's working the line.
  3. The Night Shift. At 7 PM your time the whole place changes color and the heavy pours and late-night food come out. It's open until 6 AM. Pours are for adults 21 and up.
  4. Find. Type a dish, an ingredient or just what you've got and how you feel, like "chicken thighs and no time."
  5. You Cook? Snap down from the main screen to send in your own recipe. The Boss reads each one before it goes up.
  6. Save and scale. Tap Save on any recipe and it stays on your own device under Saved. No account needed. The plus and minus buttons change the amounts for more or fewer people, and Print gives you a clean page.
  7. Recall Watch. Food recalls reported by the FDA that reach Texas.
  8. Install it. Use the Install button at the bottom of You Cook? and the kitchen sits on your phone like an app, with recipes you've opened still there when the signal drops.

The honest part

Ms. Coley, Abuela, The Matriarch, Dale and Roxie are made-up characters. The daily recipes and Daily Log are written with AI help. Recipes pass an automatic check for ratios, oven temperatures and safe cooking temperatures, but a check isn't a cook: not every recipe here has been test-cooked, so use your head and a thermometer. Check labels if you cook around allergies.

This kitchen keeps no accounts and runs no tracking of its own. Send in a recipe and we keep what you typed.
