• 3 oz grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz honey
• 4 oz Topo Chico mineral water
• 1 cup ice
• 1 pinch salt

The Method

   Stir the honey into the grapefruit juice and lime juice until dissolved.

   Add the salt and ice and top with the Topo Chico.
